A Peek Inside Adult Video with Mickey Skee

GAY & BI GOSSIP

Remember talking your hunky straight friend into a trip to the Zone once? Well, if you’ve even ever fantasized about such a fun moment, get Hollywood Sex Club — just released by Jet Set. Andrew Rosen wrote and directed this hot story where a drunk Aaron James (who’s one of the hottest new stars around now) is sucked into going to the sex club on the edge of WeHo with his buddy Jason Reddick. James is Jet Set’s first exclusive model, and at the moment he’s featured on the very popular MTV True Life documentary series in a show called “I Work in the Sex Industry.” Very cute Sean Preston and Jonathan Lowe are among the twinks wandering the Zone mazes. Aaron also stars in the upcoming May release, Ass Cruising.

There’s been widespread speculation (for a couple of years now) that a mainstream gay porn company may make the switch and go all bareback. Even though Falcon Studios is often fingered as that company—particularly after a lot of juicy cum scenes in their wildly successful Fleet Street (which marks the return of Josh Weston—it’s most likely not the case. After all, Falcon was the company that caught a lot of flak back in 1996 for using condoms in an all-oral scene. In their best picture winner, The Renegade, director John Rutherford (who won a best director for the film) put a condom on Ken Ryker (who won best actor for the role) when Hal Rockland was sucking him off in a tent after a chat around a campfire. Critics accused Falcon of overusing condoms, but Rutherford insisted at the time, “We should represent safe sex in a different way.” So, Todd Montgomery, the award-winning cinematographer on that title (who’s now running the company) insists that nothing has changed over at Falcon, and stats still show that oral sex is low risk.

The first triplets in gay porn, Jimmy, Joey and Jason Visconti, are about to make their debut after signing a two-year exclusive contract with Elite Male Studio from U.S. Male Studios. They were discovered in Budapest by Bel Ami’s George Durory, but they left him before they shot any scenes. Meanwhile, Duroy is readying French Kiss for May.

Quick Shots

Raging Stallion’s R.J. Danvers is second place, moving on up, in an elite Ford Modeling Studio competition. Under the name of Ryan Abraham, his porn identity has been blown in the competition and on www.tinyurl.com/ys7rdj, but it doesn’t seem to hurt his chances.

Dolphin has “Him.” Dolphin Entertainment’s upcoming release, Freshmen Shots, has an obnoxiously named model known only as Him! The long-haired guy is credited as Mishka (with “Him” in parentheses). For what it’s worth, though, he’s worth the egocentric name.

Breakers breaks new ground. The first ever gay Blu-ray title is doing spectacular business for Titan Media. The high definition that makes some filmmakers squeamish about showing their models close up hasn’t stopped the Titan crew, and they’re ready for more.

And finally, Hot House continues their hard-focus selection of hot men throughout the summer with the new released Kent North and Robert Van Damme Collections. Hothouse’s Backroom series of sizzling raw sex is also just coming out with the third part of that series.

P.S. Mickey Skee’s dozen book titles are now all available exclusively at Dorothy’s Surrender in the French Market!

Mickey Skee has covered the adult entertainment industry since 1986, and his latest porn fiction book, F.U., was released by Alyson.
