  Cheap Date: Ru the Day

In honor of the Dec.1 screening of Starbooty at the Egyptian we bring you an all RuPaul themed cheap date. Now everybody say love!

5:58 p.m.

While she may not yet have a star on the Walk of Fame, everyone’s favorite Supermodel has her very own star on the floor of the World of Wonder Gallery storefront (6650 Hollywood Blvd.). World of Wonder not only managed her career early on but also produced the RuPaul Show for VH1. We saw Ru at the opening of their Just Britney show and we hear she can thank Bea Arthur for being a friend so it’s all too perfect that the current show at the gallery is Just Britney vs. Golden Gals Gone Wild.

Cost: Free unless you want to take home some awesome art

6:46 p.m.

Sashay shante along Hollywood Boulevard while you search for the best deals on massive platinum afro wigs like the one Rupaul will be working in Starbooty.

Cost: Under $40

7:31 p.m.

We hear Rupaul is religious about her diet but will always make an exception for Popeye’s Chicken (6384 Hollywood Blvd.), which she always has cater her events and on set.

Cost: About $4 a person

8:14 p.m.

We also have it on good authority that Rupaul is obsessed with iPods and iTunes and is constantly checking out other peoples playlists. So download some of your favorite disco hits to help make sure you and your “Prisoner of Love” will have something to listen to as you are “Looking Good, Feeling Gorgeous” all night long.

Cost: Depends on how much you download

9:27 p.m.

Get back to working Hollywood Boulevard like any good undercover supermodel would and head on over to the Egyptian Theatre (6712 Hollywood Blvd.) to watch Rupaul “go all the way” in Starbooty.

Cost: $9 a ticket
